FAQ

What kinds of work can I request from the site?

You can use the site to request repairs, installations, remodeling consultations, membership support, and light commercial property help.

Can I send photos with my request?

Yes. Photos help the team understand context faster, especially when you have several small issues, a punch list, or a space-specific concern.

Do you work with both homes and small businesses?

Yes. The site is structured for homeowners, memberships, and small commercial properties that need responsive, organized support.

Do I need to know the exact service name before I contact you?

No. If you are unsure whether the need fits repairs, remodeling, or ongoing care, describe the situation and the team can guide you to the right path.

Can I start with one project and later move into ongoing care?

Yes. Many clients start with a specific job and then decide they want a more consistent maintenance rhythm once they see the benefit of organized follow-through.

Why clients choose Wise Handy

These are the practical priorities clients usually care about most when they hire someone to work inside a home or business.

Clear communication

People want to understand the next step, the likely scope, and what is happening without chasing for updates.

Clean execution

The work should be handled carefully, finished cleanly, and done with respect for the property and the people using it.

Practical problem-solving

Many requests involve several small issues at once, so the process needs to feel organized instead of improvised.

A company they can call again

The long-term value comes from knowing who to contact the next time a repair, upgrade, or recurring care need comes up.

I'm usually pretty handy myself, but after trying to fix a leak in my walk-in shower for three weekends in a row, I finally gave up and called the pros. Wise Handy found the issue in about ten minutes—it was a faulty cartridge and a tiny crack in the pipe behind the handle. While he had the tools out, I asked if he could mount a TV in my garage and hang some heavy-duty storage racks. He knocked it all out in one afternoon. I spent three weeks stressing and he spent three hours fixing everything. Lesson learned. Just call Wise Handy and save yourself the headache. They are fast, knowledgeable, and very tidy.

Used them for a drywall repair after a plumbing leak (which they also fixed!). The ceiling looks perfect now. You'd never know there was a massive water stain there last week.

Best handyman in town. Fixed my fence and a leaky shower. 10/10.

I've had a list of 'to-do' items on my fridge for literally two years. Leaky shower, 2 toilets that kept running, a hole in the guest room drywall, and a fence gate that dragged on the ground. Wise Handy came in and cleared the whole list in two days. They even came up with a really smart way to hang my wife's heavy herb garden boxes on the patio wall using a custom rail system. I was worried about the cost of doing everything at once, but the quote was very reasonable. The technicians were friendly, they liked my dog, and they cleaned up every scrap of trash. If you have a 'honey-do' list that isn't getting done, just call these guys.

mount 2 tvs. hid wires. looks good.

I had a really difficult project—hanging a series of floating shelves across a very uneven brick wall in my basement. I wanted them to be perfectly aligned for my vinyl record collection, which is quite heavy. Wise Handy didn't blink an eye. They used a laser level and some heavy-duty masonry bolts and the result is stunning. It's exactly what I pictured in my head. They also repaired a gate on my vinyl fence that wouldn't latch properly. It's nice to find a company that can handle the 'pretty' decorative stuff and the 'ugly' repair stuff equally well. Very impressed with the versatility.

Mounted my 85 inch tv perfectly.

Fixed my wood fence. A bit expensive but worth it for the quality.

Okay, so I tried to 'DIY' my drywall after my kid kicked a soccer ball through it, and let's just say it looked like a lumpy mess. I called Wise Handy to save me from my wife's eye-rolling. Not only did they fix my terrible patch job, but they also fixed a wood fence post that was rotting out in the backyard. The guy was super chill, showed up right on time, and didn't even make fun of my bad drywall skills. The texture matching on the wall is insane—you literally can't see where the hole was. If you need someone who knows what they're doing and doesn't charge an arm and a leg, call them. Seriously.
